All items need to be removed by July 20th at 5:00 pm. Any items remaining after that time are subject to forfeiture.

Buyers are responsible for all removal charges.

Buyers will be required to pay for removal of fuel dispensers. Dispensers will be removed by the company that installed the pumps. Removal price will be listed shortly. Buyers will not be allowed to remove the pumps themselves.

Buyers will be responsible for coordinating and paying for any gas/water/electrical disconnects to items purchased. Any connections that are left as safety hazards will be made safe by a licensed contractor and bidder will be charged. Buyers are responsible for any and all damage that occurs to the real estate or adjacent lots during removal. Buyers must schedule a removal date and time with auction company. All items need to be removed by July 20th at 5:00pm. Any items remaining after that time are subject to forfeiture.

In all transactions, auctioneer is acting as an Agent for the Seller. All information received from reliable sources believed to be correct but not guaranteed by auction company. Everything is selling AS-IS, WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Any announcement made at the auction takes precedence over any material published about this event.
