The land has 1,000+ feet of frontage along Hwy. 50 and Russell Ave. The land will be sold in two tracts. 17 acres of the property (Tract 1) is located on the north side of Russell (the approximate address is 501 E. Russell Ave.), with the remaining 8 acres (Tract 2) south (the approximate address is 502 E. Russell Ave.) of Russell Ave. It is zoned general business. 13,658 cars per day on Hwy. 50.

Manner of Sale: The land will be offered in two individual lots and then as a package; the land will sell whichever way brings the greatest money.

Persons must show $20,000 Certified Deposit at time of registration to obtain a bidding number. $20,000 Minimum Certified Deposit due on day of Sale, with a deposit equal to 20% due within 2 business days, and balance due at closing within 30 days.
