Broker Participation is welcome but not required. A 1% commission will be paid to the licensed broker who, 1 hour prior to the start of the auction, registers the bidder who pays for and settles for the real estate. A broker buying on his/her behalf, or on behalf of any business entity in which he/she holds an interest, is not entitled to a commission.

Persons must show $50,000 Certified Deposit at time of registration to obtain a bidding number. $50,000 Minimum Certified Deposit due on day of Sale, with a deposit equal to 20% due within 2 business days, and balance due at closing within 30 days. PLANTS: Current Nursery Registration # 47235268. The buyer is responsible for all necessary inspections and/or permits to transport the plants, see nationalplantboard.org. The buyer will supply a removal schedule to the seller within 7 days of sale. The buyer will have 45 days to remove potted plants and 90 days to remove in-ground plants. The seller will provide irrigation and on-site supervision for 7 days post auction, after such time, the buyer will assume all irrigation costs and on-site supervision personnel responsibilities or costs. No refunds or credits will be given on this lot, buyer are strongly urged to adequately inspect the inventory before bidding. Irrigation costs are $1,750/month payable to the land owner.
