Manner of Sale: At the auction the Real Estate & Equipment will be offered in two individual lots and then as a package; the property will sell whichever way brings the greatest money.

The property is located in The Waterfront Development, a 260 acre upscale outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment area in the Pittsburgh suburb of Homestead along the Monongahela River. The Steel Valley Trail, part of the Allegheny Passage follows the Monongahela River, and passes by the restaurant location. This popular hiking and biking trail brings in thousands of tourists each year.

Broker Participation is welcome but not required. A 2% commission will be paid to the licensed broker who, 1 hour prior to the start of the auction, registers the bidder who pays for and settles for the real estate. A broker buying on his/her behalf, or on behalf of any business entity in which he/she hold an interest, is not entitled to a commission.
