Located at the Former K. I. Sawyer Air Force Base, just off of Ave A and adjacent to the base fire department is Property 7. This site includes two 3-Story Cement Block Dormitory Buildings with paved parking lot areas. When the Air Force Base was active, the Air Force housed enlisted men and bachelor officers in the two buildings. Each 202 long x 39 wide building totals 23,178 Sq. Second and third floors had a similar floor plan but increased the bedrooms to 26 per floor for a total of 76.
